Under the Border Crossing Satisfaction Survey 3000 respondents were interviewed at three international airports in Georgia (Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi) and three land border crossing points in Sarpi, Tsiteli Khidi and Sadakhlo.
Total of 500 respondents was interviewed for each crossing point. In addition to the quota for each crossing point, another quota was introduced to ensure interviewing of the identical number of citizens from Georgia and foreign citizens.
Researchers from the Institute of Social Studies and Analysis (ISSA) conducted face to face interviews using the computer based questionnaire developed in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM). ODK Collector was used as a data collection tool. After processing and cleansing collected data, ISSA staff developed SPSS database.
