Identification of the indicators of Batumi municipality program ”cheap house", 2016

Institute of Social Studies and Analysis with the support of Swiss Development and Cooperation Agency developed criteria for use  and a tool to sample beneficiaries for Batumi municipality program – “ with available housing”

The target group of the program was the class of the population, which has managed to escape poverty but cannot be established as a stable, medium class to satisfy the fundamental needs with their own efforts such as adequate housing, without any interference of the state.
