Magda Rukhadze
Researcher
Magda Rukhadze is a PhD student in sociology at Tbilisi State University. Her passion for research is evident through her active involvement in scientific conferences and her focus on youth studies. Two of her studies have already been published in international peer-reviewed journals "Journal of Advanced Research in Social Sciences and Humanities" and "Journal of Advanced Research in Social Sciences": "Early marriage as a barrier to the career and educational opportunities for youth in Georgia" and "Are Georgian adolescents satisfied with their body image?". For these scientific contributions, she was honored as the best scientific student by the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences. In 2021, her research on "Ethnic Stereotypes, Access to Education, and Career Advancement" won the "Geoyouth2021 - Supporting Youth Participation in Local Processes" project, supported by the German Foreign Ministry and GIP. Furthermore, Magda serves as a research expert for the EU project "Technical Assistance for Skills Development for Jobs Matching Labor Market Needs and Employment" (Skills4jobs TA project).
